Flexible Storage Solutions
Under the same simple license agreement, Space Maker provides flexible
offices in each of our self storage centres. Customers enjoy the freedom from
a long term commitment as the notice period is as short as one month. The offices
come in varying sizes and enjoy; power, rates, and heat wrapped into one monthly
payment.
Space Maker offers the highest degree of flexibility available in the property market
today. By providing a simple license, short notice period, and an all inclusive
storage fee, we cater to the ever changing needs of the increasingly dynamic business
community.
Security
is paramount to our business. Each building is alarmed with a security system,
which monitors the entire building whilst unoccupied and is linked directly to
the local police station. Additionally, each individual room is alarmed and linked
to the manager's office. All visitors must sign in/out at the reception area.
Existing customers gain access by keying-in their personal access code onto the
PTI access control system. A member of the management team personally escorts
all other visitors around the centre. The system also alerts the team if a room
door is left open for an exceptional length of time. Upon leaving the premises
the customer must re-enter their alarm code to reset the alarm on their room. Additionally,
each Space Maker Self Storage centre is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance
cameras; this enables the management team to monitor all activity within the building.
